1. The service

WGM2020 (“we”, “us”) operates wgm2020.io, a business-to-business marketplace that lists technology products and services offered by independent sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

2. Accounts and membership

You must be at least 18 years old and represent a business to use this site. New accounts are created as Non-Premium members. Premium membership is activated by our administrators and may be withdrawn for misuse. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Listings and verification

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. The WGM2020 verified mark indicates that we have reviewed a seller's business identity and contactability; it is not a guarantee of performance, legality or fitness for any purpose.

4. Compliance

Gaming and betting regulation differs across Indian states and other jurisdictions. Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that their products, services and operations comply with all applicable laws, licences and tax obligations.

5. Prohibited use

You may not scrape the site, misrepresent your identity, post misleading listings, or use contact details obtained here for unsolicited marketing.

6. Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of the site, reliance on listings, or dealings between members.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
